Below are some screenshots of social media accounts I've helped manage, including Visit Baton Rouge, LSU College of Engineering and the Delta Kappa chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha.
As the public relations chair of the Delta Kappa chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha during 2013, I was responsible for managing all social media pages, including Facebook. The main audiences for these two items were current ZTA members, ZTA alumnae and LSU students. I wrote the text and took the picture below.
I also managed LSU ZTA's Twitter page. The audience of the tweets was current ZTA members. I wrote the text for all of LSU ZTA's tweets.
As the communications intern for LSU College of Engineering, I live-tweeted two press conferences about the $100 million engineering complex expansion. The audiences include
current LSU Engineering students, LSU Engineering alumni and business donors. I
crafted the tweets below.
As the communications intern for Visit Baton Rouge, I was responsible for searching through Twitter for people visiting Baton Rouge or considering visiting the city. The audiences of the next two tweets were the users and their followers.
I also managed LSU ZTA's Instagram account. The main audiences for these posts were current ZTA members, ZTA alumnae and LSU students. I curated all the pictures below and wrote the captions.
During my time as the public relations chair of LSU ZTA, I also managed the chapter's Pinterest page. The main audience of ZTA’s Pinterest page was current LSU ZTA members, as well as ZTAs from other chapters across the nation. I wrote all the captions of the pins and took pictures of all original pins. I repinned images from other accounts as well.
As the communications intern of Visit Baton Rouge, I was responsible for adding pins to its Pinterest page daily. I pinned images from the Visit Baton Rouge website, the Visit Baton Rouge blog and Baton Rouge businesses’ websites. I also repinned images from other Pinterest users. The audience was Baton Rouge moms looking for things to do with their families locally, as well as moms from other areas looking for vacation ideas.

As the communications intern for Visit Baton Rouge, I was responsible for assisting the communications coordinator in revamping Visit Baton Rouge’s presence on Google+. The audience on Visit Baton Rouge’s Google+ page was Baton Rouge business professionals and other convention and visitor bureaus. I found the images from the Louisiana Digital Library's archives to use on Thursdays to utilize #tbt ("throwback Thursday"). I wrote the captions.
